Two Blended Learning Approaches

We use our Train-To-Ingrain blended learning approach  to help make small changes in leaders that produce big results. Using a combination of e-Learning leadership courses, highly experiential workshops, pre- and post- 360 surveys, and coaching by managers, we can ensure changes in leadership skills and behavior that will lead to increased productivity and effectiveness.

Our Leadership for a Change program goes one step further by adding a business Process Improvement Project to the development of soft skills. Leaders identify a way to improve their bottom line through the application of good leadership skills, then plan, implement, and track the results.
