The Leadership Institute
This dynamic blended learning program is custom designed to enhance the soft leadership skills of managers and supervisors at all levels. In our Leadership Institutes, we aim to build and maintain a "learning community" where your leaders can learn to communicate more effectively, develop and empower work teams, make hard decisions around setting expectations, coach employees for improved performance, delegate responsibility, develop action plans, and manage conflict productively.
