Step 5: Results

You know you’re in this for real business results. We know that achieving your goal will come from behavioral change. That’s why we measure both subjective changes in observable leadership practices and objective changes in business results using criteria such as cost savings, productivity and quality defined by your leaders in their Process Improvement Projects.

Online post 360° feedback surveys are e-mailed six months after training and pre-post comparison reports are prepared to be shared with leaders and their coach.  Adjustments are then made to development plans.

Measuring organizational and business impact is based on criteria identified by your leaders in their Process Improvement Project. If your organization already has good tools in place for measuring impact, we use them.  If not, we can help you define outcomes such as quality improved, customers delighted, standards exceeded, productivity increased, and waste reduced.

Finally, what returns do you expect from your investment in training & development?  The sky is the limit, but we are so confident that our Leadership for a Change program works, that if you give us 12 front-line managers over a six-month period, we'll guarantee a minimum Return on Investment (ROI) of 10% or we’ll refund your money. That said, what are you waiting for?
