Our blended online and classroom modules are practical, not intellectual. Using videos, pre-post tests and skill practices, they supply new and experienced leaders with down to earth “how to” techniques and strategies to improve the performance of the teams they lead. Topics such as Communication, Providing Performance Feedback and Supporting Change address the recurring management challenges every leader confronts on a daily basis. Vital Learning e-courses can be integrated your Learning Management System (LMS) and are accessible from our e-learning campus.
